No express or implied warranty is given as to the effectiveness of the Minute forms in the event of an IRS audit or litigation. By downloading the forms, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and hereby specifically acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall Simple Corporate Minutes, LLC’s total liability to you for any and all damages arising out of the use of the Minute forms exceed the amount of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), or the cost of the forms, whichever is greater.
Additional forms will be added from time to time, and current forms will be updated as new information becomes available. All forms are the exclusive property of www.SimpleCorporateMinutes.com and copying or reproduction for any purpose other than as intended is prohibited.
www.SimpleCorporateMinutes.com does not store a copy of the Minutes once someone has purchased and completed them, and it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to save a copy of each downloaded form on his or her own computer.
